He is also a Cultural Change Management expert who has helped a number of organizations achieve complete corporate turnaround with his professional skills and years of experience in the areas of cultural dimension assessment and transition management. Seth has an MA in Leading Innovation and Change from the York St. John University Business School. Some of his published works include ‘What is Organizational Culture?’ and ‘Creating a Culture of Change in Charities’.
Seth Ueland Chancy is a man given to non-profit and social change causes. He volunteers for organizations involved in Arts and Culture, Civil Rights and Social Justice, Environmental Protection and Development, Economic Empowerment, Social Service and Education for Change. In his professional capacity, Seth consults on different projects in his areas of interests; Digital Content, Social Interaction, Marketing Strategy and Management, Time Management and Communication Management. His greatest desire is to help organizations achieve increased sales and higher profitability through the adaptation and implementation of better routines and methods. He also helps organizations develop their social consciousness and giving by advising them on how to set up and manage their Corporate Social Responsibility divisions.
He speaks fluent English and Norwegian and has limited working proficiency of the German Language.
